Ms Raducha has been working at the IRO from 1998. Her duties include in. a. initiation and ongoing coordination of international cooperation with other universities and research institutions, promotion, coordination and management of research and educational programs within different possibilities (Erasmus, 6 and 7 UE FP, Horizon 2020 etc.), arrangement of stay of foreign teachers and Visiting Professors.
Together with the IRO team she has initiated signing of more than 100 international agreements which effected exchange of more than 1500 students and 120 staff; Ms Raducha has been administrative manager in 32 research and educational projects within international consortia.
